2022 ANNUAL REPORT
Our Commitment
Paint the Globe Foundation fosters human potential through art literacy, education and shared resources.
Through contributions from our donors, supply drives, fundraising events and partnerships, we gather much-needed arts/crafts and feminine hygiene supplies. The art and school supplies are directly distributed locally and internationally to schools, community centers and similar organizations where they are used to jumpstart art programs and activities that promote creativity and art literacy. The feminine hygiene supplies are distributed as means to empower women and young girls, challenge period taboos and stand up to discrimination in communities.

Our Impact
With the help from our donors, Paint the Globe Foundation has had its biggest year to date as we have touched the lives of over 6,500 in 3 countries in 2022.
Maasai Clean Water Project. Monduli District, Tanzania.
February 2022 - Our donors helped us bring 18,000 Liters (approximately 4,800 gallons) of clean drinking water to over 4,600 Maasai in Northern Tanzania. We provided them with the means to self-sustain their water supply by teaching them how to operate the water distribution as a business. Additionally, we ensured that women were front and center in managing the business of water distribution within the village.
Art Workshops at the U.A.A.C.C.
Arusha, Tanzania.
February 2022 - For the third year in a row, we returned to the United African Alliance Community Center (UAACC) in Arusha Tanzania to facilitate an art workshop with the adopted children that live there. We used art supplies donated from Franconia Elementary School to make beautiful self-expressive handcrafted masks. This workshop provided these children with a means to creatively express themselves yielding a sense of accomplishment and joy.
Nurturing Minds & SEGA Project.
Morogoro, Tanzania.
March 2022 - Partnering with Nurturing Minds & SEGA, we successfully delivered 11 full boxes of feminine hygiene, along with art and educational supplies to 300 at-risk girls in Morogoro, Tanzania. The majority of the supplies donated were provided to us through supply drives facilitated by our volunteers at Franconia Elementary School.
National Art Auction Fundraiser and Craft Beer Release.
Oak Park, Sacramento.
April 2022 - We partnered with Oak Park Brew Co. for our 2nd annual national art auction fundraiser and craft beer release, the Paint the Globe Blonde Ale. With a theme of “Women’s Empowerment”, artists submitted work from all over the country in an effort to raise funds and awareness for PTGF’s global efforts. The top 6 artists who received the highest bids from the audition had each of their art printed uniquely on the labels for the 6-pack release.
Established our first Sewing and Tailoring Center and donated supplies to a secondary school.
Kathmandu, Nepal.
June 2022 - Through the funds raised from our donors, we partnered with RUWON Nepal, to establish our first free sewing and tailoring training center for underprivileged women in Kathmandu, Nepal. 14 women have recently completed 6 months/288 hours of training and have gained the necessary skills to enter the workforce as certified tailors and seamstresses.
In addition, we also delivered an abundance of feminine hygiene along with art and school supplies to empower over 1,600 young girls and students at the Bal Uddhar Secondary School. Our contribution was centered around one goal: provide the necessary resources to provide quality education, support young women, challenge period taboos and stand up to discrimination in communities.
